Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after processing is complete.

Once shipping is initiated, cancellations aren't accepted. You can refer to our return policy. 

Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 working days, depending on your pin code and courier reach. 

The courier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us.

Only unused items with original tags and packaging within the return period qualify for return.  

Email us at lumenithsparksolutionspvtltd@gmail.com your order number, reason, and photos if damaged for approval and instructions. 

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we approve and receive the return. 

Return postage is your responsibility unless we sent a wrong or defective item by mistake. 

You can cancel any order before it enters packing or dispatch without any extra charges.

Sign in, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and request cancellation online easily.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as per our policy.
