Sleekwear, managed by Lumenith Spark Solutions Private Limited, is committed to making sure each item reaches you in proper condition and within a reasonable timeframe. The following section outlines our process for dispatch, shipping timelines, and related terms. 
In this document, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Lumenith Spark Solutions Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” apply to anyone completing a purchase on Sleekwear. Your purchase confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions. 

Delivery locations 

We currently offer delivery only within India. Orders intended for addresses outside of Indian territory will not be accepted or processed. 

Order processing timeline 

Time taken to process 

Once an order is successfully placed, our team begins processing it within 1 to 2 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this schedule. 

Dispatch confirmation 

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once the parcel is shipped, containing relevant delivery details. 

Estimated delivery period 

General timeframe 

The typical delivery window ranges from 3 to 8 working days. This may vary depending on your pin code and the courier partner's serviceability in that area. 

Unforeseen delays 

Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public restrictions, or high-volume periods like festivals and sales. 

When delivery cannot be completed 

Failed attempts 

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal at the destination, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. 

Return to origin 

If delivery cannot be completed after three tries, the parcel will be returned to our origin address. If you choose to have it shipped again, a fresh delivery fee will be applicable. 

What to do in case of damage or delay 

If your parcel arrives damaged 

We request that you report any discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach clear photographs and a description of the damage so we can evaluate and resolve it appropriately. 

If your order doesn’t arrive 

Contact our team if you haven’t received your order. We will coordinate with the delivery partner. Based on their update, we will either re-ship the order or issue a refund. 

Products requiring special care 

Some items may need custom packaging or handling based on their fragility, weight, or dimensions. Any such requirement will be clearly mentioned on the product page before checkout.
