Below, you’ll find the conditions you accept when requesting to return an item or receive a refund. In this document, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Lumenith Spark Solutions Private Limited, and “you,” “your,” and “user” mean anyone purchasing via Sleekwear. Placing an order confirms your agreement to these terms.

Who May Return Items

Only products that are completely unused, unwashed, and unmodified qualify for return. You must include every original tag, box, and packaging component. Any sign of wear, damage, or alteration disqualifies the item. Returns must be initiated within the time frame specified from the date you received your order. Requests outside of this window or items not meeting these requirements will be denied.

Initiating a Return

To begin, email us at lumenithsparksolutionspvtltd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short reason for your return request
  • Clear photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions and the correct return address.

Refund Details & Timing

After we inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our criteria, we’ll process your refund. You can expect the amount to appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll get an email update once the refund is fully processed.

Partial Refunds

If an item is mostly acceptable but has minor packaging flaws or slight imperfections, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying return postage, except when the return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong or a defective item). Original shipping fees are non-recoverable under any circumstances.

Items Ineligible for Return

  • Custom or personalised products (unless defective)
  • Anything missing original tags or packaging
  • Items showing evidence of use or tampering
  • Products tagged “final sale” at time of order

These items cannot be returned or refunded.
